Thats totally aweseome. If it wouldn't look so much like Latex it would exakt like i wish it should look in a new Animation of the Manga.

Btw, you started the model with those model balls(the name of the tool scapes me right now) or you went straight to modelling?

I've first made a rough model with zspheres, then formed it, retopologized it, added high-res details ( [link] ), then made about 20 different textures for the body in photoshop, made a giant material tree ( [link] ), made hair, rigged the model (it's fully animatable now, even the mimics), rendered a t-pose (in the gallery), then started making the images from the manga (see the gallery also), more coming soon.

Also, each image uses a lot of post-processing in Nuke (like this: [link] ).
